PRIVACY POLICY

Sincerely Ciera Payton Cosmetics will never violate your privacy by selling or trading your information. Our website does not collect personal data. Your shopping cart items are transferred to PayPal over a secure server. We never have access to your bank details. We get notification of your purchase after your transaction is completed through PayPal.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept PayPal (member and non-members), credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express for all USA purchases. Our website is compatible with Safari, Chrome and Firefox web browsers.

Please be advised if the Shipping address is different than the billing address, the transaction must be verified by the “Bill to” party via email in order to proceed with the shipment of the goods.

Failure to comply will result in delay of shipment, even cancellation of an order.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your purchase for a refund minus the cost of shipping. All items purchased during a sale or clearance event are FINAL SALE and aren’t eligible for returns or refunds.

Our products are all natural and mineral based, but that doesn’t mean those natural ingredients are incapable of causing allergic reactions. In such case, a full refund will be rewarded to you without requiring returning of the product order. Simply dispose of it at your convenience.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Prior to your purchase please ensure you have read the ingredients and agree with the purchase price. We do not accept cancellations, so once you have completed your order we will prepare it for shipment.

SAFETY DISCLAIMER

It is up to the customer to read the ingredients and properly use our products. The information on our website has not been evaluated by the FDA nor is our product intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition or suspect allergies to the ingredients listed, please consult a healthcare professional prior to use. By purchasing and using products by Sincerely Ciera Payton, you agree that you will not hold Sincerely Ciera Payton liable for any problems that arise from the use of our products.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We will prepare all items Monday and Friday from (9:00am -5:00pm) PST. When you make a purchase during this time, your item is packaged and shipped (usually within 4 business days) after your order is (received). During sale and promotional periods, please allow up to 7 business days to process and ship your order. You should also add additional days for shipping based on the method you select at checkout.

Please allow 2-5 weeks for back ordered items to be processed and shipped.

The holidays could present additional time constraints. Please be patient and flexible during holidays to ensure your products arrive on time. Sincerely Ciera Payton will do our best to accommodate orders for special dates and holidays.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed within the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. US orders can take 2-3 business days for delivery depending on when the item is packaged and shipped. All orders are shipping from North Hollywood, California. Please make note that the final destination or location is a deciding factor on shipping times and package arrivals . Additional options (Express Mail: United States 1-2 days) may be available during checkout. If you need an item(s) shipped sooner please contact us via email to ensure we can meet your anticipated arrival date. Please allow additional time when a package is delayed due to adverse weather or holidays.

Sincerely Ciera Payton regrets to inform our international friends that currently we do not ship internationally. We are looking to accommodate this request in 2017.

STOLEN, DAMAGED OR NEVER RECEIVED (LOST) SHIPMENT

Sincerely Ciera Payton assumes no responsibility for late, never received (lost), stolen or damaged items. Once shipped, we cannot replace the never received (lost) items.

All items shipped will come with a tracking number. If you have a special order, Sincerely Ciera Payton can make arrangements to have the option to include insurance and signature confirmation for the package to the customer’s expense. Insurance through the shipping service covers the buyer if the package is never received (lost) or damaged during shipping. Signature confirmation helps the buyer find out when a package was delivered, who signed for the package or when delivery was attempted. If the customer chooses not to purchase insurance and signature confirmation they may reorder the item if it is lost or damaged during shipping. A “lost shipment” means that the shipping service has no record of the package being delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If the customer does not receive a package within 15 business days please contact Sincerely Ciera Payton via email. We will try to help locate the package that has NOT been scanned in by the carrier as received and delivered to the address provided by the customer. Please note it can take us up to (30) days to research and process claims in the US. We work very closely with our shipping suppliers to help ensure that packages arrive safely, but sometimes things happen that are beyond our control, within the U.S. Postal Service.

Within the 30 days, we will offer a form of restitution or product refund.

PACKAGES LISTED AS DELIVERED

Customer understands by denying signature confirmation they are completely liable for packages listed as delivered. Sincerely Ciera Payton is not responsible for packages listed as delivered with tracking information provided.
